FAQ’s
Do you provide utensils?
Lunch box orders are served in recyclable packaging, alongside napkins and disposable cutlery. We provide plates, cutlery and serving dishes for afternoon tea and formal meals.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
This depends on the corporate catering service you require. We ask for a minimum of 3 days’ notice for corporate lunch boxes and afternoon tea orders. A final headcount and menu selection should be given 7 days prior to formal sit-down meals.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements and allergies?
We cater for all common dietary restrictions and allergies. If your needs go beyond this, get in touch and we will create a suitable option.
Can I modify my order?
Yes - you can make changes to corporate lunch boxes and afternoon tea orders up to 3 days before your event, and modify 4-course menus up to 7 days before. We will make every effort to accommodate changes on the day of your event but this will not always be possible.
